RAPID RESPONSE TEAMS
A SMEAC VETERAN HUB SERVICE
As part of SMEAC’s drive to rebuild a veteran’s sense of purpose, SMEAC has achieved great success in deploying teams of vets to help veterans in need and families in crisis.
This has been evident in recent times with floods, fires and a number of veteran mental health situations.
With ‘boots on the ground’, SMEAC is well placed to call on its veteran database to deploy teams at short notice. This is something that veterans enjoy doing, have experience and skills in and it improves their sense of confidence, self-esteem, motivation and overall sense of purpose.
